CRM Analytics in DOCCO is a comparison-driven reporting module built for sales teams that want to understand not just what happened, but how it changed.
Select any two periods — this month vs last month, this year vs last year, or any custom date range — and the system calculates changes across 9 KPIs: new customers, active customers, total revenue, average deal value, new leads, converted leads, conversion rate, won deals, and lost deals. Every metric shows the base and compare values alongside the percentage change with a trend indicator.
Visualisations include a monthly revenue trend line chart, a revenue distribution doughnut by deal stage, a side-by-side lead source bar chart, and a 4-stage conversion funnel. A region heatmap ranked by revenue and a top-10 salesperson table complete the picture.
Export the full report to Excel, CSV, or PDF with one click. All data is automatically filtered by role — CEOs see the full company, directors see their department, sales reps see only their own results. Multi-currency support with automatic conversion included.
