Document Templates

Document templates allow entering any document into the system. Different types of documents can be created dynamically using dynamic fields attached to the document template. Using the QR code on a scanned document, you can find its electronic version in the system.

DOCCO system provides the ability to create document templates, including orders, letters, contracts, reports, and more. When creating a document, select the required document template, fill in the necessary fields, and the document will be automatically generated from the selected template.

Using document templates will significantly simplify the document creation process, saving employees time and ensuring a professional appearance of finished documents.
